Deposits and Withdrawals Policy

All Clients deposit and withdrawals must be carefully monitored and approved. Deposits should come from the client and strictly no third-party deposits will be accepted. For withdrawal, the funds should be strictly returned to the original source.

Conditions

  • All money received by the Company must be received from a bank account in the corresponding Client’s name. Any money sent to a Client will be sent to the same bank account from which it was initially received. Accordingly, layering and third-party funding are prevented.
  • The method of withdrawal should only be the same method as for the deposit (Check client payment history). However, there are cases where we can send through different methods ie. Client Bank account is closed, PSP issues or balance matter, or amount is too small to be sent through bank transfer. In cases like these, Compliance should be involved and advise accordingly before action is taken.
  • The Clients should mention their Account ID or number in the wire transfer reference to enable the Company to allocate the funds into their account.
  • If the Client made a transaction outside the core business hours as stated above, then the Client’s payment will be processed at the earliest opportunity the next working days.
  • Please be aware that at busy periods or for several reasons including but not limited to the remitting party, intermediary banks, or internal procedures, the process of deposit or withdrawal may take longer.
  • Additional charges by the Client’s bank or intermediary banks may apply.
  • All Client’s funds deposited to the Company are segregated accounts and are held separately from Company’s own funds.
